China has identified six strategic priorities to drive agricultural development by 2026. Announced by the Ministry of Agriculture, these focus areas build on the achievements of the 14th Five-Year Plan and aim to strengthen food security, modernize farming systems, accelerate agri-tech innovation, and enhance the sector’s resilience to climate and economic pressures.
