The well-known IPCC brings together scientific knowledge from around the world around climate change. It is on the basis of its summaries and scenarios that international climate negotiations are then based. For food security, a similar institution exists: the High-Level Panel of Experts on Food Security and Nutrition (HLPE-FSN).
