For a more profitable and sustainable agriculture in France

A recent study conducted by INRAE in France, in partnership with the University of Minnesota, highlights an untapped potential in French agriculture. Many agricultural systems could produce much more if the techniques and practices used were optimized. This requires smarter variety choices, more precise management of water and natural resources, and the adoption of new technologies. The goal of this research is to close this gap by making farming systems more efficient and sustainable. By producing more with less environmental impact, this approach paves the way for a more promising agricultural future for France.
