In Africa, many regions lack access to electricity.

Malawian startup Yellow offers solar kits for rural areas in East Africa. The kit consists of a 6 to 10 W solar panel, a 20-50Wh battery, a mobile phone charger, and a radio.

It recently raised $14 million to further develop its business, particularly by enhancing inclusion through the provision of financial services to the population.
